KTARF is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to assisting animals in need in the memory of our family member and friend, Kay Turpin. Kay was an Animal Control Officer in Lebanon, Marion County, Kentucky for 11 years. It is our quest to carry on Kay’s legacy by helping with the medical needs of rescue animals, promoting spaying and neutering, as well as fostering and placement of those animals.
